Sisu Clinic at Hampstead - Botox - Avoid! I have been getting Botox for many years and never once had a negative experience until now. I finally understand what people mean when they describe a Botox nightmare. My treatment at Hampstead Clinic resulted in a "cascade" of complications, first severe bruising, then a heavy eyebrow drop, and now almost 6 weeks later I have developed eyelid ptosis (drooping eye). Just when I thought the worst was over, my eyelids began to fall.
I also have a persistent hard bump on my forehead that won't go away. Shockingly, at my follow-up, they suggested adding more Botox to "fix" it. This is dangerous advice that would have paralyzed my face further and made the drooping even worse. I refused and am now paying a different clinic for professional treatments to speed up my metabolism and repair the damage.

One final warning they pressure you to write a review immediately as you are leaving the clinic. Of course, at that moment, you only see the "good." But if you wait a few weeks, that is when the "bad and the ugly" actually begin! Show less »

Very happy with the results and the empathetic approach from the Clinician, Selina. I appreciated the way that she listened to the look I wanted but also balanced this with her professional expertise. Sydney is also very responsive and communication is always very good. Thank you both - I’ll be back in 3 months

The best ever, could not recommend it enough. Painless and the girls were all so sweet. Gave me so much advice on my under eye bags and helped me come to the best decision to improve this! ❤️❤️❤️

Sisu has been my go-to for aesthetics for several years. Dr. Salina is excellent and I'm always 100% satisfied with the results. Mariam & Noor are always super friendly at reception as well. 10/10 recommend!

I am very happy with my Botox. I have a very sensitive skin , but didn’t have any bruising on my forehead, very nice place and I felt comfortable, it was a first time experience, I will definitely go back again to talya .

First time visiting, and it was such a fabulous experience! They were able to fit me in for a last minute appointment and felt like I was in such good hands with Dr Salina and Jenisha from the moment I walked through the door. Very happy with the treatment and all the communication throughout was fantastic! 😊

I have been a Sisu patient for a couple of years but this was my first time with Dr Salina, I have to say she was such a gentle injector! 10/10, plus Nell on reception was a great help - I had to reschedule my appt and the help and understanding was great customer service

Best of the best! Mariam and Dr Talya are the ultimate hons. I really appreciate their honesty when asking them about certain procedures (and if I should get them or not). You can tell they’re not just looking for an upsell. Just all round good people and the results are great!

I had my procedures with Dr. Talya at Sisu Clinic. She made me feel comfortable, explained everything clearly, and took the time to answer all my questions. I’m really happy with my results. she has such a great eye for giving a natural look, which was exactly what I wanted. I’d definitely recommend Dr. Talya and the clinic to anyone considering treatment.

I didn't get a treatment, they refused to do it for reasons they explained and seem fair enough to a point as I think to ask a more natural look should not be punished as a grown woman, I fully know what my preference is….
I understand their reasons to a point, however, I could have been told this prior and not waste a whole morning 🤷‍♀️

Be prepared for more work than you anticipated and more money than you planed to spend. Saying all that, the staff are very friendly and I would recommend the clinics. I Had an amazing morning at the Sisu Clinic, the staff were super friendly and explained the treatment in depth. I had anti wrinkle treatment, it was super easy, fast and painless. So happy with the results! Looking forward to my next visit!
