This was my first time there. Did my underarms, upperlip and eyebrow waxing. The only thing I regret is not asking the name of the wonderful lady who did my waxing. She was brilliant and kind.
The place is hygenic and follows the FR3 standard of cleanliness.
I recommend.

I paid £260 for two Botox treatments at Simply Clinic on the 29th Jan and 13th Feb (for top up) and neither had any effect. I still have full muscle movement and no visible results. I strongly suspect the product was under-dosed or diluted because the clinic refused to fix the problem or give me a refund, and instead offered to repeat the same treatment with the same product. I would not recommend this clinic as I feel like I wasted my money and they did not take any responsibility! Instead blamed my age and I’m only 47. I’ve done Botox for the past 20 years I’m Harley street and have never had such poor results! Disappointed at the poor service, they really want maximum profit and couldn’t care less about the client! Show less »

I’ve been in for a series of cryo pen mole removal sessions with Dr.Harry who has been awesome throughout. The whole team seem incredibly nice and are very welcoming and attentive. The sessions have always gone really well and both my wife and I are repeat customers.

I have been doing hair laser treatment for quite some time with the staff at the sheperds bush clinic and i am very pleased with the results and the girls there. They are amazing at what they do and it is always a very pleasant time when i see them, a special thank you to Mona today that had all the patience in the world for me.

Definitly recommend them.

Excellent customer service from the moment I walked in. The salon is clean, the staff are well-trained, and they made sure I knew exactly what to expect. The hair removal was done with great care, and I’m very happy with the results. I’ll definitely be coming back.
