I visited Dr Fatima at the beginning of December 2025 following suspected psoriasis on my face that had proved difficult to treat. Dr Fatima recommend a chance of face products and prescribed a topic cream, explaining exactly how it should be used. I noticed an improvement almost immediately and the problem disappeared almost completely within four weeks. I returned to Dr Fatima on 5 January 2025 and she was delighted with the Improvement.
All the staff at RTWSkin were very professional and I had every confidence in Dr Fatima. I would be happy to recommend RTWSkin to friends and family and have been very pleased with the outcome. Show less »

The entire team offers an outstanding service.

Dr Fatima provided Silhouette Soft threading treatment to give facial lift to reduce jowls.

Nurse Prescriber Zita administered anaesthesia with great care. She is exceptionally attentive, thorough and efficient with a caring approach.

Dr Fatima has extraordinary focus and competed my treatment meticulously and explained the process and aftercare in detail.

I am delighted with the results.

Strongly recommend this treatment by RTW for a highly natural look. No more sagging!

I visited RTW Skin in Tunbridge Wells a few months ago and had an assessment of my skin condition and wrinkles. I am 67 and this was the first time. I came to this clinic once for laser hair removal - the laser and the specialist were amazing! I was very happy and looking forward to coming back.
Unfortunately, my next experience was very disappointing. After a patch test for tattoo removal, I booked appointments for both tattoo removal and continued hair removal right there at the clinic.
On my appointment day, I found out I was never actually booked in.
As a result, my tattoos are now patchy from the test, the hair removal process was left unfinished, and I can't return anytime soon as I had planned this visit in advance. The receptionist didn't offer any solution, even though it was clearly the clinic's mistake.
Now I'm left with damaged tattoos and interrupted treatments, and will have to look for another clinic. Show less »
