I had fractional ablative CO2 laser resurfacing on my full face and I am delighted with the result. Firstly, the treatment itself was far less painful than I had expected, Dr Nina applied a high strength numbing cream which worked very well. The whole team at rtwskin are brilliant.

The clinic is very clean and professional and Dr Nina is a real expert in her field and took time to address all my questions beforehand. Yesterday I had my first Juvelook treatment at RTW Skin with Dr Nina, and it was fantastic! The clinic is very clean and professional and Dr Nina is a real expert in her field and took time to address all my questions beforehand.
I’m not great with injections but it was actually OK, very little pain and (personally) no issues afterwards at all. The results are looking very promising already, my skin is so much smoother and plumper and the dark hollows under my eyes have reduced significantly which I’m so happy about as that was my main problem.
Overall a great treatment at a great clinic, highly recommended! Show less »

I had a small cyst on my shoulder that had become irritated and painful. Dr Fatima was superb from start to finish in diagnosing, treating and removing it. She was calm, gentle and above all -very quick. I would highly recommend RTW skin and Dr Fatima for any similar procedure. Thank you again.

I visited Dr Fatima at the beginning of December 2025 following suspected psoriasis on my face that had proved difficult to treat. Dr Fatima recommend a chance of face products and prescribed a topic cream, explaining exactly how it should be used. I noticed an improvement almost immediately and the problem disappeared almost completely within four weeks. I returned to Dr Fatima on 5 January 2025 and she was delighted with the Improvement.

I came to this clinic once for laser hair removal - the laser and the specialist were amazing! I was very happy and looking forward to coming back.
Unfortunately, my next experience was very disappointing. After a patch test for tattoo removal, I booked appointments for both tattoo removal and continued hair removal right there at the clinic.
On my appointment day, I found out I was never actually booked in.
As a result, my tattoos are now patchy from the test, the hair removal process was left unfinished, and I can't return anytime soon as I had planned this visit in advance. The receptionist didn't offer any solution, even though it was clearly the clinic's mistake.
Now I'm left with damaged tattoos and interrupted treatments, and will have to look for another clinic. Show less »

I've had a Xanthelasma removal done at rtw skin by Dr Fatima Ahmed and she was very professional, helpful, friendly and reassuring throughout, putting me at ease at every step of the process.
