Firstly, the treatment itself was far less painful than I had expected, Dr Nina applied a high strength numbing cream which worked very well. The procedure was quick and within four days, I could already see an improvement to my skin whilst the pealing/shedding stage was underway (it takes up to 6 months to see the final result). The clinic is very clean and professional and Dr Nina is a real expert in her field and took time to address all my questions beforehand. I’m not great with injections but it was actually OK, very little pain and (personally) no issues afterwards at all. The results are looking very promising already, my skin is so much smoother and plumper and the dark hollows under my eyes have reduced significantly which I’m so happy about as that was my main problem.

I explained that I was looking for an idea on costs before coming in because, and I was explicit, I have “severe mobility problems”. The response? No information, my request was totally ignored and I was told to visit the centre for a consultation. Being disabled, I wasn’t asking for special consideration - I am far from local to RtwSkin and I needed to find out if I could afford treatment before making onerous travel arrangements. I also stressed that as I had a recurring condition I would be a patient for life, but new and ongoing business doesn’t appear to be attractive to them.
I’m a firm believer that the first point of contact with any business is a good indicator of how they operate. This first contact couldn’t have been worse. Lesson learned. Show less »

I had a small cyst on my shoulder that had become irritated and painful. Dr Fatima was superb from start to finish in diagnosing, treating and removing it. She was calm, gentle and above all -very quick. I would highly recommend RTW skin and Dr Fatima for any similar procedure. Thank you again.

I noticed an improvement almost immediately and the problem disappeared almost completely within four weeks. I returned to Dr Fatima on 5 January 2025 and she was delighted with the Improvement.

I came to this clinic once for laser hair removal - the laser and the specialist were amazing! I was very happy and looking forward to coming back.
Unfortunately, my next experience was very disappointing. After a patch test for tattoo removal, I booked appointments for both tattoo removal and continued hair removal right there at the clinic.
On my appointment day, I found out I was never actually booked in.
As a result, my tattoos are now patchy from the test, the hair removal process was left unfinished, and I can't return anytime soon as I had planned this visit in advance. The receptionist didn't offer any solution, even though it was clearly the clinic's mistake.
Now I'm left with damaged tattoos and interrupted treatments, and will have to look for another clinic. Show less »
