Went to this lovely lady with an issue from else where to do with lip filler and she has been so lovely and kind! kept checking on me making sure i was okay! even tho she is so busy she has taken time to speak to me and help me every single day! Eloise is extremely professional and put me at ease at the start of my botox journey. There is no pressure or hard selling, just advice on achieving my required look. If there were more stars to give I would! Ellie is wonderful and so comforting; myself being an over thinker and new to facial treatments, Ellie had me at ease within seconds that I have found the right person, she cares about your wellbeing and needs and will explain the procedures you’re enquiring about in detail so I knew I was in the right hands just from my consultation!

I honestly would recommend Ellie to anyone who shows an interest in treatments she offers, she gives her realistic professional opinion on treatments you’re looking at, her set up is calming and her presence is warming.

I’ve had 2 different treatments with Ellie and she has made sure I’m okay throughout; again this shows how much Ellie cares for her clients as well as having amazing results

I highly recommend River Aesthetics! Ellie is so professional and fully explained the Botox procedure and managed my expectations with the results. I felt at ease immediately knowing I was in safe hands seeing how many qualifications Ellie has under her belt!
I’ve since been for round 2 of Botox, and continue to be absolutely thrilled with my wrinkle free forehead.
My inability to scowl is also very beneficial for those around me!

I had been looking into this treatment for many years but never committed as didn't know the local places that did it and didn't feel confident enough to book.
Once I saw Ellie offered it, I enquired and booked a consultation, as expected I was put at ease immediately, Ellie explained the procedure and expections thoroughly and professionally.
The actual procedure was almost completely pain free and Ellie kept me informed throughout with what was happening.
It's now been 2 weeks and I have seen such an improvement, it's incredible the difference it has made and I feel much more confident day to day especially allowing me to wear colourful clothing.
