Lucy made me feel so welcome and comfortable, she went through everything thoroughly with me and also took her time to explain all different treatments and what they can achieve, she didn’t push me to have anything done and gave me time to read up on the leaflets she gave me to help me make a decision.
She explained the procedure and talked me through every step, I felt relaxed and reassured, It was so nice to go to a cosmetic salon and feel like they actually care and want to help you achieve the right results for you. Thank you Lucy, excited to get my treatment started ☺️ Show less »

I had my first appointment with Lucy yesterday, from the first message I sent she was great. My consultation was thorough, Lucy listened to all my concerns and went through everything with me. She was knowledgeable and understanding. Can’t wait to start my treatments and skin care she has recommended. Would highly recommend.
