I had my first appointment with Lucy yesterday, from the first message I sent she was great. My consultation was thorough, Lucy listened to all my concerns and went through everything with me. She was knowledgeable and understanding. Can’t wait to start my treatments and skin care she has recommended. Would highly recommend.

I have recently had my first treatment with Lucy. She took her time during my initial consultation to explain the treatment thoroughly and made me feel so at ease. Not only is Lucy very knowledgable and professional, she is very friendly and approachable too. I am so pleased with the results.
