Katie is amazing. I've been a returning customer for quite some time. I've tried a few new treatments that have all been fantastic. How Katie welcomes you, how she treats and advises you during treatments and her aftercare is so genuine and caring. She is extremely professional and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Most of all I feel safe with Katie.

I am a returning customer with Katie. I'm always leaving happy with all the treatments. Love the small touches like heated blanket, indulging smells and great chats. I had an amazing facial today, which left me so relaxed and my skin... oh boy is glowing! She also left me with all the advise to improve my skin routine. Highly recommended!! ❤️

I’m not one to have facials or treat myself to many beauty treatments/experiences however, let me tell you, the hydrafacial with Katie was outstanding to say the least. The entire experience from walking through the door to her kitsch little salon to leaving with a much needed ice cold bottle of water was consistently joyous. Katie was so professional explaining each stage of the process and I left with skin like a peach. Today is the day after and my skin is glowing and makeup sitting beautifully. Katie thank you! Had the most amazing hydro facial with Katie at KSA. My skin looks and feels amazing after it. I really felt like Katie listened to me when I discussed my skin concerns and actually cared. Completely trust her advice and was more than happy to be in her experienced hands. Highly recommend and will absolutely be back!
