I had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Hedox clinic for my Botox appointment. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and very professional.

Dr. Humble was exceptional as always. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in detail. He always makes me feel completely at ease, addressing all my concerns and ensuring I’m comfortable throughout the process. The treatment itself was quick, virtually painless, and the results are amazing—natural-looking and exactly what I was hoping for!

A few years ago I visited to get some undereye filler, the Doctor lied to me, told me “if anything went wrong it was an easy fix”, then overfilled one side, 5minths later after several visits of not being happy he told me that “dissolving it would be opening a can of worms”, so not easy like I was told prior, it has caused permant damage to my face and has q... A few years ago I visited to get some undereye filler, the Doctor lied to me, told me “if anything went wrong it was an easy fix”, then overfilled one side, 5minths later after several visits of not being happy he told me that “dissolving it would be opening a can of worms”, so not easy like I was told prior, it has caused permant damage to my face and has quite frankly ruined my life, my face is ruined, I’m a shell of my former self, my confidence is dead and buried and it’s consumed my life. Never been so unhappy and depressed, the last few years have been a living nightmare, I can’t even look at myself anymore, it’s affected all aspect of my life and has left me feeling completely hopeless.

I visited the clinic multiple times after the mistake, I emailed you about the incident and have emails from you replying. While I appreciate the doctor did not mean to ruin my face, he did and it’s had a major effect on my life.

I had a consultation, with Dr Humble, who explained the different types of products, techniques and needles he uses to apply filler and Botox. Dr Humble made it very clear that his aim, with all his clients, was to achieve a balanced, harmonised and enhanced look that would be undetectable but would provide a refreshed and improved look, which was exactly what I was looking for as I didn’t want to look like I had had “work” done.
Dr Humble explained the treatments he could apply to my face to achieve that balanced and enhanced look and we agreed on the treatments. Throughout this process Dr Humble managed my expectations and was realistic on what he could achieve.
I felt very comfortable during the application of the filler and Botox and I barely noticed the needles, so it was a very positive experience. Throughout this Dr Humble kept checking on with me to see if I was ok and explained what he was going to do next at every step of the way.
I am incredibly happy and pleased with the outcome of the treatment and how I look and as I still have another 10 days until the full effects of the Botox is evident I expect to continue to be pleased. I would highly recommend Dr Humble and his colleagues at the clinic, who were all very helpful and professional at all times. Show less »
