I first met Jenny at the Face to Face Skin Clinic in December last year, and the experience has been genuinely impressive from the very start. Jenny took the time to properly assess my skin, clearly explain any underlying concerns, and tailor recommendations in a way that felt far more precise and personal than anywhere I have been before. I particularly appreciated the focus on long-term skin health rather than quick fixes.

We decided on a course of Cellstory treatments, all of which were explained thoroughly in advance, including what to expect during and after each session. I have now had 4 treatments and can genuinely see the benefits.

The clinic itself is a lovely, welcoming space and Jenny is a true professional - warm, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. There is absolutely no pressure to commit to unnecessary treatments; instead, everything is based on thoughtful, personalised advice tailored to your skin’s needs.

After each session, my skin felt more hydrated and looked noticeably brighter, and I always left with a clear plan on how to maintain and build on the results.

Jenny was brilliant, very professional, friendly and full of knowledge. The clinic is in a lovely calm setting in Haywards Heath and was easy to find. We started with a skin consultation where she asked me lots of questions about my current skin routine and offered me helpful and well informed advice moving forwards with a plan.
