The real highlight of my time at the clinic has been my consultant, Israr. His standard of patient care is nothing short of exceptional. He takes the time to genuinely listen, understand my concerns, and explain everything clearly and honestly, never making me feel rushed. His professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail are superb, but what truly sets him apart is the pride he takes in his work and his commitment to delivering the treatment best suited to my needs. I felt fully supported and reassured throughout, and his approach reflects a level of dedication and compassion that is rare to find.

The treatments themselves were outstanding and carried out to high standards. Atousa, who carried out my PRF treatment was fantastic — calm, reassuring, and highly professional, making the entire process smooth and comfortable from start to finish. The ladies at reception are always friendly and quick to reschedule appointments without fuss whenever requested.

I honestly cannot recommend this clinic enough. They have completely changed my confidence and my life. From the first consultation, the care, professionalism, and expertise were unmatched, but the real star of the experience was my consultant, Izy.

Izy went above and beyond at every stage. He listened, reassured me, tailored my treatment perfectly to my needs, and genuinely cared about my results, not just as a professional, but as a person. Nothing ever felt rushed or generic. Every question I had was answered thoroughly, and I always felt supported throughout the entire journey.

He is very experienced and knows his stuff. He always kept me motivated even when I wasn't sure if my hair would grow back or not and I'm so glad I listened to him! I had alopecia universalis so my case was more severe however my hair and eyebrows still grew back with his patience and effort. My eyebrows are all back now and I don't have to worry about drawing them on again!

Sana was also amazing, always greeted me with a smile, took her time during the treatment and genuinely cared about my hair. The team were more like my friends than my consultants. 😀

My hair has come back stronger, fuller, and healthier than I thought it would. The transformation has been incredible, and I genuinely feel like myself again.

I’ve been getting my treatment done with Israr, and he is honestly amazing. He’s so professional, really friendly, and always up for a laugh, which makes the whole experience so much easier. I called the clinic today with simple questions regarding my skin as you would before booking, and the receptionist’s attitude was shockingly rude and dismissive. When I asked her for her name she was very sceptical, then she said it was Neena and she sounded new as her knowledge on treatments was nonetheless. Practically said I’d need to come in for a consultation without even an idea of a treatment recommendation and price is ridiculous. Bare in mind there consultations are £25 which didn’t seem too bad until she said I can’t book in without making a bank transfer for the payment. For a clinic operating in the aesthetics industry where trust and service is number one I didn’t feel that level of satisfaction. Stay away from this place!!! After years of avoiding photos and windy days, I finally took the plunge with Fix My Hair Clinic. From the start, they were different, no sales pitch, just honest advice. Dr. Hisham took the time to design a hairline that would look natural for me, not just copy a template.

The procedure itself was way more relaxed than I expected. The technician, Firdowsey and Mary, were amazing, keeping me calm and comfortable the whole time. I actually dozed off during part of it! The first few days of recovery were a bit awkward (sleeping upright is no joke), but the detailed aftercare kit and 24/7 support made it manageable.

Now, 8 months later, I barely recognize myself in the best way possible. My hair looks so natural; no one can tell I had work done. I wish I hadn’t waited so long. If you’re thinking about it, just book the consultation. This team is worth it. Show less »
