I visited Elixir Skin Clinic this evening and I had such a lovely experience. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and very professional. The staff were welcoming and made me feel comfortable straight away.

The consultation was thorough and informative. Everything was explained clearly, and I never felt rushed or pressured. I really appreciated how attentive and knowledgeable the practitioner was — they took time to understand my concerns and recommended what would genuinely suit my skin.

The treatment itself was carried out with great care and attention to detail. I left feeling relaxed, confident, and very positive about my skin journey.

Thank you to the team at Elixir Skin Clinic for such excellent service. I’m looking forward to my next visit and would definitely recommend them to anyone considering skin treatments! Show less »

I can’t recommend Shuna enough. The free consultation was thorough, with all options explained clearly and absolutely no pressure to commit. I never felt rushed, and every question I had was answered in detail, which gave me complete confidence in the service being provided.
I attended this week for Cryopen treatment on a skin lesion, and she took the time to ensure I was comfortable, again answering all questions in detail and making me feel very reassured. I was also advised that I could contact her at any time afterwards if needed.

Would highly recommend Elixir to everyone. Staff are always helpful and interior is stylish and welcoming. Great products and Shuna is so professional and so good at all her treatments

First time going to Elixir clinic definitely the best decision to go. Excellent advice & very helpful & so professional. Shuna & Jenny were great & made you feel welcome. This will be my go to place for advice & treatment. Definitely recommend a visit 👍

I have been going to elixir for 7 years, I would not go anywhere else, I moved out the area for 4 years, still travel over 1 hour to stay with this wonderful clinic.
Shouna and Joanne are the best around the service and treatment they give you are top class, they will talk you through treatments that are best for you.
I would not even try anywhere else because there quality, especially what they offer, there prices are good…
Shouna, Joanne are so professional.
Also Imogen and jenny are lovely staff who work there.
What a lovely team, always a breath of fresh air, when I go there.

I always walk out with a good feel about myself after a visit.

Coming to Elixir Skin Clinic this morning was great, before I had anything done I was able to sit and ask all the questions I wanted and was really happy with the time taken out to inform me of the different eye treatments available and how they work! Shauna and her team are excellent. The clinic is beautifully presented they talk you through everything and you are made to feel very welcome. The advice is spot on, there is no hard sell to buy the most expensive products, it simply is about what is best for you, often with options to consider.
