Jo and her team are brilliant. I always feel welcomed and at ease everytime I visit the clinic. Jo is very friendly and knowledgeable and is lovely to talk too. I would recommend this clinic to anyone. They're very professional and look after their clients.

I have been a client of Emily for several years. In a way that speaks volumes, as I continue to return, and I continue to recommend her to my friends and family. Emily is just lovely, she is discreet, professional and has a light touch to the procedures she carries out for me. Emily suggested I meet her colleague Jo, who carries out IPL laser treatment (thread veins, sun damage). I was apprehensive, going into an "unknown" area but Jo, like Emily, was attuned to my anxiety and talked me through the procedures, every step of the way, and I have completed the course of three IPL treatments and I am 100% satisfied. I don't normally leave reviews but felt I had to today. I had the IPL treatment with Jo King. I had felt quite apprehensive about the procedure but Jo soon put me at ease after explaining the treatment with her kind, calm manner. The treatment itself didn't take long and wasn't painful. I'm really looking forward to seeing results soon. Thanks again

Emily was fantastic, really kind, gentle and welcoming. She made me feel so at ease, answering any questions I had and ensured I felt comfortable. Very quick and painless, and the squidgy egg to hold during the procedure was a great touch for someone nervous like me! Would 100% recommend.
