I was a client for about two years. In the beginning, I was happy with the service and trusted the practitioner, which is why I decided to undergo additional treatments.
Unfortunately, my experience became very disappointing. I underwent two laser vein treatment sessions and saw no improvement. When I raised my concerns and asked whether a refund was possible, I was told no.
I also had a body-contouring/liposuction-type procedure that left me with significant scar tissue and no visible improvement. One of the things that alarmed me was what happened on the day of the procedure. When I arrived, the assistant appeared unaware of why I was there and what procedure I was scheduled to undergo. This immediately raised concerns about communication and preparation. I was also surprised when a topical numbing cream was initially suggested, despite my understanding that lidocaine would be used. The whole experience left me feeling uneasy about the level of professionalism and organization.
Another major concern was the way the surgery was arranged. I was initially told that the procedure would take place in a proper hospital setting. However, shortly before the operation, I was informed that I needed to attend the clinic’s usual premises instead. This was not what I had expected based on the information I had been given beforehand and left me feeling misled.
In addition, I underwent a blepharoplasty procedure and am very unhappy with the outcome. The healing left noticeable scarring on both eyelids, and the incisions appear uneven.
Due to the results of these treatments and the concerns I have about the care I received, I sought legal advice. After reviewing my case, a lawyer advised me to consider pursuing the matter through the courts.
Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this clinic. I would strongly encourage anyone considering treatment to carefully verify the qualifications of the practitioners, ask detailed questions about where procedures will be performed, and fully understand the risks before proceeding.
