Poor experience unfortunately, several red flags and I wouldn’t go back. Victoria, who has a dental qualification, encouraged me to let her give me hormone replacement therapy and oversee menopause, for a cost of course. I’m not in menopause for a start, she has no idea of my medical background, is not my doctor, and was unconcerned when I mentioned important and relevant medical history. This is very inappropriate on many levels. I was there for botox and I’m not in menopause, not even close. The botox then had poor results and when I attempted to reschedule a follow up as I was told to do, the reception staff were rude and unhelpful. So I went elsewhere to have the botox done properly. When it’s time to discuss HRT, I’ll do this with my medical provider. Show less »

Had an appointment in March for dark circle removal advice with a preference to laser treatment. Dr Victoria defiantly didn't want to advise a treatment they didn't offer themselves, and I had to keep asking her questions about laser treatment, as she purposely kept moving on from the subject and tried to persuade me towards full on medical surgery to address issues that didn't even bother me (I only wanted reduction in dark circles, not blepharoplasty).

She advised also using a night cream, Ubagi C, which set me back £100, and after 6 months, it has made zero difference, literally no change in the circles at all!

I was also quoted a price for Laser Treatment, which is 5 times more expensive than clinics in London.

Beware, they sell you things that don't tackle the issues you have, offer treatment that you don't need, and quote overpriced treatments.

I have never had such bad advise for anything in my entire life, I would avoid this place at all costs, literally!

ADDED AFTER CLINIC REPLY:
I knew you didn't offer the service before I booked, I was after advice and a possible recommendation for laser treatment.

You offered plastic surgery, even though I specifically said I didn't want such invasive surgery.

The cream @ £100 didn't do ANYTHING - that's why you never made a reference to it in your reply.

My budget isn't the issue, the charge via your suggested partner referral was honestly, over 5 times more than London clinics quote.

I had used Dr Victoria clinic years ago for IPL procedure to treat rosacea redness and breakouts, I was really pleased with the results and the clinic back then. I had returned to the clinic to repeat the procedures for my wedding and bought a package. Unfortunately, I did not have such a good experience this time. I had 2 sessions done and got recommended some products to help with rosacea, however, aesthetician did not advise that one of these products cannot be used before the procedure. I had visited the clinic for my 3rd procedure and was told session will not go ahead due to me using the product beforehand so I had to drive from Glasgow and spend half a day for nothing. I was then informed that practitioners who were available for Saturday appointments have left the clinic and they are not able to offer me saturday appointments. I was not able to make their suggested weekday appointments due to work and eventually they agreed a refund. Shockingly, they said I will be charged full price for the first few sessions even though it was not my fault practitioners left the practice. Results from these sessions are also not as apparent as from before ones I had. I am now left in a stressful situation to look for another clinic one month before my wedding as they kept rescheduling the appointments and not confirmed about refund swiftly. I decided to visit DRVICTORIA for some pre-wedding treatments including anti-wrinkle injections and Hydrafacial. The customer care from the moment you walk in the door until the moment you leave is outstanding. The receptionist was incredibly welcoming and being able to sit with some refreshments in their lovely reception room was a lovely touch. Joanna and Toni, my practitioners, took the time to find out my desired outcomes and carried out the treatments to a meticulous standard. I am so happy with my results and the aftercare I received.
