I booked a HydraFacial with a HydraEye treatment, and my practitioner, Toni, was absolutely fantastic. She took the time to explain the treatment in detail and even recommended other treatments that would benefit my skin, clearly explaining why. I decided to visit DRVICTORIA for some pre-wedding treatments including anti-wrinkle injections and Hydrafacial. The customer care from the moment you walk in the door until the moment you leave is outstanding. The receptionist was incredibly welcoming and being able to sit with some refreshments in their lovely reception room was a lovely touch. Joanna and Toni, my practitioners, took the time to find out my desired outcomes and carried out the treatments to a meticulous standard. I am so happy with my results and the aftercare I received.
