I had my first visit to Dr. Victoria’s clinic, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I booked a HydraFacial with a HydraEye treatment, and my practitioner, Toni, was absolutely fantastic. She took the time to explain the treatment in detail and even recommended other treatments that would benefit my skin, clearly explaining why. I decided to visit DRVICTORIA for some pre-wedding treatments including anti-wrinkle injections and Hydrafacial. The customer care from the moment you walk in the door until the moment you leave is outstanding. The receptionist was incredibly welcoming and being able to sit with some refreshments in their lovely reception room was a lovely touch. Joanna and Toni, my practitioners, took the time to find out my desired outcomes and carried out the treatments to a meticulous standard. I am so happy with my results and the aftercare I received. I went to a consultation with Dr Victoria 2 weeks ago, on arrival I was made feel very welcome. At my consultation Dr Victoria explained everything that I asked her about very clearly, her advice and expertise was brilliant and she answered all my concerns very quickly and clearly. She didn’t put any pressure on me to go ahead with the treatment that I had enquired about , infact she advised against it.
I was very impressed with her decision and I will go forward with the advice that she gave me.
Overall my visit was excellent and I would visit her again in the future. I would recommend any person considering facial asthetics to visit this Doctor as she is a lovely person and very knowledgeable and honest.

I have been a client of Dr Victoria’s for nearly 20 years now. I’ve had a variety of treatments and have found Victoria, and any of her practitioners and assistants, to be exemplary. Professional, approachable, they really listen and take time to look and understand your needs to recommend the treatment to get the best outcome for you. They are truthful if they don’t think a certain treatment will work for you, and for me the most important they are as passionate as I am to get natural looking results. All practitioners have always explained clearly and concisely expectations on the back of a treatment, what to expect and for how long. I cannot fully express with words how Dr. Victoria has changed my life in just a month. I saw Dr. Victoria in December after suffering with severe hemiplegic migraines for the majority of my life. It’s debilitating, and in July ‘25 I was admitted to hospital following stroke like symptoms and in a wheel chair for a month because of a migraine episode. I decided to do some research into Botox treatment for migraine prevention. After seeing the extensive experience and positive reviews that Dr. Victoria had I went ahead and booked.

My consultation appointment was brilliant, and I felt so listened to and informed, that I went ahead and had the treatment that same appointment! We identified that bruxism is a concern and we went ahead with Botox application to the shoulder, neck, jaw, sides of my head, and forehead/brows. Dr. Victoria is also keen to give aesthetically pleasing results so that you can still move your brows and have a very natural appearance.

After coming back for a consultation, I can confirm that in less than a month, I have had fantastic results. I only suffered 3 migraines and nowhere near the severity that I am used to. I have cut my medication intake down by half, too. This is a life changer and I cannot stress enough that Dr. Victoria is definitely the person you need to see if you are a migraine sufferer - her knowledge goes beyond cosmetic treatments and she has shared with me information on many other areas of women’s health that can affect neurology.

I am incredibly glad I found this clinic, when you walk through the door it’s calm and inviting and all of the staff are friendly - Jillian is a lovely receptionist and gives a warm welcome!

There was a slight stinging sensation during parts of the procedure, but it was absolutely manageable and far less uncomfortable than I had anticipated.

Although it’s still a little early to comment on the final results, the treatment experience itself was entirely positive from start to finish. As with my previous visits, the care and professionalism were outstanding. I’ve also had equally excellent experiences with Hannah and Dr Asel, who are both wonderful.

Dr Victoria truly excels in her field — she is exceptionally talented and creates such a genuine, caring, and reassuring environment. I would highly recommend the clinic to anyone considering treatment.
