I have had 2 treatments with Charlotte so far and have been very happy with the results both times. Charlotte is very knowledgeable, professional, kind and super friendly, always ensuring that I feel relaxed and that the treatment is appropriate for my needs. Would definitely recommend and will no doubt be back myself!

My first time visit to Dr Coffey today but I’m sure it won’t be my last, she was lovely, very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable about the product (polynucleotide) she explained thoroughly the process, and whilst administering the injections kept checking I was ok and how much longer the treatment would be. My treatment with Dr Coffey was brilliant from start to finish. The treatment room is lovely, clean and light. It feels such a calming space, perfect for that self-care! Dr Coffey put me at ease straight away, she is very warm and friendly and explained everything thoroughly. I felt safe in her hands! I will be back ⭐️
