I don’t usually leave reviews, but after my incredible experience at Dr Brad’s Skin and Cosmetic Clinic, I felt compelled to share. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with genuine warmth, professionalism, and care. The clinic itself is immaculate, modern, and has a very calming atmosphere — you can tell every detail has been carefully thought out.
Dr Brad is absolutely exceptional. Not only is he highly knowledgeable and skilled, but he takes the time to listen, explain, and make you feel completely at ease. I never felt rushed, pressured, or like "just another client" — it was clear that they truly care about each person who walks through their doors.
I had a combination of treatments tailored specifically to my skin needs, and the results have honestly exceeded my expectations. My skin has never looked or felt better — I’ve had compliments from friends, family, even strangers! I feel more confident and refreshed than I have in years.
I’ll admit I saw some negative reviews before booking, but after experiencing it for myself, I can only assume those reviews were completely unfounded. My experience has been nothing short of flawless from start to finish.

I have recently been to see Dr Brad about my aging eye area. Dr Brad recommended various different options I could have done to improve the area. Dr Brads knowledge is exceptional. Dr Brad laser removed a very stubborn verruca on my foot last year. The verruca had resisted all other treatments including prescription acid from the doctor. Dr Brad did the treatment and consultation on the same day which was very convenient. Be prepared for a sharp stab of pain when the local anaesthetic goes in, but after that, the lasering is painless.... Show more »

Dr Brad laser removed a very stubborn verruca on my foot last year. The verruca had resisted all other treatments including prescription acid from the doctor. Dr Brad did the treatment and consultation on the same day which was very convenient. Be prepared for a sharp stab of pain when the local anaesthetic goes in, but after that, the lasering is painless. There is some post-care: the wound will need dressings, and you need to keep the area dry for at least two weeks. I continued to wear a non-adhesive dressing for an extra week to make sure nothing could get in. After 3 weeks, I still had a dry scab, but it was not painful or anything, so could be ignored. I must admit that I was worried the verruca might return, so I wore socks religiously and avoided swimming pools or gym floors in bare feet until it was completely healed. It took 3 full months for the scab to completely disappear, but I can confirm that I am and remain completely verruca free to this day! For really stubborn verrucas I recommend this service. Agree with Lance’s review, better to go to one of the Clifton Clinics which are more professional. Luckily I didn’t proceed with treatment after reading the reviews but test patches have still left me scarred. No aftercare either. Agree with Lance’s review, better to go to one of the Clifton Clinics which are more professional. Luckily I didn’t proceed with treatment after reading the reviews but test patches have still left me scarred. No aftercare either.

It's a shame that Dr Brad is saying that all honest reviews are fake and malicious. The whole point of Google Reviews is to leave fair reviews for other customers and to warn and protect them against negative experiences - see Lance's review. Show less »
