Clinic staff are lovely and very knowledgeable. The clinic itself is gorgeous. I’ve had laser hair removal from a few different girls and they’ve all been amazing and make you feel so comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Fuming!!
Extremely poor admin practice!
My appointment was messed up TWICE!!!
UNACCEPTABLE!!!
I enquired about a treatment, was told that 11-45 on Thursday was available.
I replied immediately confirming.
A good few hours later, I received a mail informing me that my appointment was now gone ‘online’ , but that there was a 15h30 available on the same day.
I replied immediately, confirming yet again.
I arrive on said day, only to discover that my
appointment had NOT been booked.
I was then offered an appointment at 17h00, which did not suit me.
I was asked if I’d like to make another appointment.
SO, are we hoping for third time lucky!!
Absolutely NOT!!
I have ZERO faith in your ability to make an appointments!!! Show less »

I was booked in for a consultation and all staff were very friendly and helpful. I was also given a referral for a dermatologist when we couldn’t resolve my problem at the clinic. I also received a refund as there wasn’t any treatment available for me at that time.

I have had 3 tattoo removal sessions so far with Amy and would highly recommend the clinic. They are so professional and explain everything very clearly, my tattoo is fading away nicely and the cooling fan that they have really helps ease the pain
