Rachel is absolutely outstanding. With over 20 years’ experience as a nurse, she combines medical expertise with real warmth and care. From consultation to after-care, she explains everything clearly, checks in regularly, and always makes you feel safe and supported.

I’ve been having the Cool CO₂ laser treatment with her and my results have been fantastic — she tailors every session individually and genuinely cares about your well-being, not just the aesthetics. I wouldn’t trust my skin with anyone else. Highly recommended! Show less »

I went to Rachel a bit unsure about what I wanted or needed in terms of Botox. She was really honest and told me I didn’t need the second area, which I really appreciated as she could have easily just told me to go for it. I had microneedling done with Millie and Rachel and honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. I was a bit nervous at first since it was my first time, but they are very knowledgeable and made me feel really comfortable straight away. After the initial consult I was completely at ease as Rachel clearly knows her stuff and is incredibly passionate about not only the results, but the overall health of your skin. I think being a nurse really makes all the difference as I was able to put full trust in her and relax.

Rachel is the most professional, warm and all round fabulous injector. Her knowledge is second to none, she really listens to your concerns but also not shy in telling you when you’re wasting your money with treatments you don’t need. There is no one else I would consider, she is the BEST!!

Any visit to Rachel is a pleasure. Her calming warm personality is reassuring and professional. She instills confidence for any treatment you have. Results are great. As important to me is the after care, which is equally as warm and professional. Should you have any questions after, there is always an open and honest answer.
