I had booked a consult as a new client today, unfortunately after waiting for over half an hour in the waiting room I still had not been welcomed or attended to. I eventually had to knock on a treatment room to be met by Julie who said as I hadnt buzzed the door she didn’t know I was there??? I eventually had to knock on a treatment room to be met by Julie who said as I hadnt buzzed the door she didn’t know I was there??? The front door was open I said and surely she knew she had another appointment? As she was still with another client, I asked for a refund and I’m really sorry to be leaving this review as I felt Julie wasn’t very nice to me as a potential new client, she made me feel it was my fault, and her attitude I felt was dismissive towards me. At the start of the procedure you have a consultation with Julie. She gives clear feedback and advice, after her considerable time of working in the sector. At the start of the procedure you have a consultation with Julie. She gives clear feedback and advice, after her considerable time of working in the sector. I went in for one treatment but actually selected Tixel2 treatment as Julie explained it would be more beneficial. I had a special event coming up and had only left 3 months and would have benefited from more time before the event, so remember to plan ahead.
The price is not cheap but nor is the treatment, the service or the facilities.
You are made to feel very welcome and treated as a valued customer. Aftercare is explained clearly so you know what to do following the treatment. Products are given by the team too.
I booked 3 sessions but went back for my fourth session this week. It is good to leave some downtime or recovery time as you are quite red for up to 4 days. Easy to manage if you plan your diary well. The changes have been terrific so far with my neck and lower face feeling much tighter. I did not opt for a full face treatment which suited my needs.
Julie is very focused on getting great results for you, she gives great advice and helps you look your best. The treatment I had, does not include any injections, which also suited what I was looking for. Great product, great salon and a professional experience all round. I would highly recommend!! I had my first treatment today for thread vein removal. A very pleasant experience with minimal discomfort. Julie is so friendly and professional and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and return for future treatment.

It’s been a few years since I last had Botox and derma fillers. I decided recently to take the plunge again and did some research and luckily found Julie!! She is friendly, extremely professional and very knowledgeable which put my mind at rest that I had found the right person to trust with my face! Highly recommend.

First session of HI-EMS treatment - unusual sensation to start with but soon got used to it and actually quite pleasant!

Was nervous not having had any aesthetics before. Julie did a through medical check which helped me relax. She is very professional and explains everything she is doing pros and cons. I'd totally recommend.
