I’m only halfway through my laser hair removal journey, but my experience with this clinic has been nothing short of excellent.

I wanted to give a special mention to Shanice for her outstanding customer service during my most recent appointment. I travel all the way from Hull to Leeds for my treatments because of the glowing reviews I had read online, and so far, they have absolutely lived up to them.

At my last session, I experienced significant delays with my train and arrived later than planned. I called ahead to let the clinic know, and I was advised that they might not be able to complete the full treatment as I was the last client of the day and the clinic closes at 6pm.

Despite this, I was greeted with a warm welcome when I arrived. Shanice explained the situation clearly and professionally, but she could also see how disappointed I was after making the journey from Hull. She went above and beyond to accommodate me, working efficiently and doing everything she could to complete the session. Thanks to her efforts, the treatment was completed, and I left feeling incredibly grateful.

Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile made a real difference. Customer service like this is rare, and it’s one of the reasons I’m so happy I chose this clinic.

I recently had Botox done with Dr Saniyya, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience and results. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely comfortable and took the time to explain the whole process in detail. Her knowledge and professionalism were very reassuring.

The treatment itself was quick and almost painless, and Dr Saniyya was incredibly precise and gentle. What I loved most is how natural the results look – my forehead lines are softened but my face still moves naturally.

You can really tell she cares about achieving subtle, balanced results rather than overdoing it. I felt completely safe in her hands and appreciated how thorough the consultation was before the treatment.

I strongly recommend having your hair treatments and skin peels with Aesthetica Medical Clinic. I have been coming here for hair regrowth treatment, and had 3 sessions each and the peels and products are amazing and leaves my skin looking refreshed and the texture is amazing on me.
