After stalking their Instagram page for over a year while I decided whether this was the right decision, I already had the sense that this was a top quality establishment withonly the best experts.
The online experience of booking an appointment was all straight forward and smooth sailing.
The clinic itself is such a beautiful place, decorated to maximum quality and comfort. I was greeted by friendly staff who made me feel comfortable and welcome.
Laura is amazing, she explained everything to me in plain English, and although I was nervous about my first experience, I knew Laura was going to guide me through and take the best care of me. She’s clearly very experienced, knows exactly what she’s talking about and so friendly and easy to get on with.
The first couple of days after the injections were exactly as Laura had described, so I wasn’t surprised by anything.
I’ve now been in for my two week review, and again, such an amazing g experience! There were more of the team in the reception area and everyone said hello and were very welcoming.

I’ve had botox from various providers for over 7 years, within one session WITHOUT a touch up appointmant, we managed to achieve my goals. Lorne was knowledgeable about his injection technique along with his recommendations for placement, along with following all hygiene procedures he made me feel very comfortable within his care.
I would recommend him to anybody, he is able to achieve the barely-there enhancements and (if you’re like me) the full face freeze 😉

I had my 1st initial consultation with him..and it just wasn't just about what treatment I was after. But he also wanted to know about myself & any other issues or problems I was having in my day to day life. I struggle with my mental health at times & I was feeling very run down... I don't think it's all about how much money he can get out of you....He is genuinely caring & I'm so glad I came to him. I've had my botox treatment & so happy with it...He even made a follow up appointment to check out everything was OK. I've also booked in for an other different treatment as well from him....
