I came into HoA for my first Botox experience. I booked through the online website. Overall, I have had the best experience!
After stalking their Instagram page for over a year while I decided whether this was the right decision, I already had the sense that this was a top quality establishment withonly the best experts.
The online experience of booking an appointment was all straight forward and smooth sailing.
The clinic itself is such a beautiful place, decorated to maximum quality and comfort. I was greeted by friendly staff who made me feel comfortable and welcome.
Laura is amazing, she explained everything to me in plain English, and although I was nervous about my first experience, I knew Laura was going to guide me through and take the best care of me. She’s clearly very experienced, knows exactly what she’s talking about and so friendly and easy to get on with.
The first couple of days after the injections were exactly as Laura had described, so I wasn’t surprised by anything.
I’ve now been in for my two week review, and again, such an amazing g experience! There were more of the team in the reception area and everyone said hello and were very welcoming.
I am very satisfied with every part of my experience and of course, extremely satisfied with my results. Show less »

Booked in a lip filler appointment for the next morning with Jordanna, and again.. knocked it out of the park! She got me the exact natural result I was going for and explained the process and aftercare perfectly. The price was not bad either for the quality and level of service. Travelled from London especially to have Jordana dissolve poorly placed fillers by a well known mayfair clinic, she dissolved and then after 2 weeks did russian lips and the results were incredible. I've booked flights to go back for a top up (I use gym a lot) and wouldn't consider using anyone else now for my lips and any other fillers I need. Very thorough... Show more »

Travelled from London especially to have Jordana dissolve poorly placed fillers by a well known mayfair clinic, she dissolved and then after 2 weeks did russian lips and the results were incredible. I've booked flights to go back for a top up (I use gym a lot) and wouldn't consider using anyone else now for my lips and any other fillers I need.
