She explained every step of the process in such clear detail, and her genuine positivity about the treatment and her own results instantly reassured me.
One thing I absolutely loved was how she continually used my name throughout the appointment, which made me feel truly welcomed and valued as a person, not just a client. Her warm conversation, constant reassurance during each step, and thoughtful advice created an experience unlike anything I’ve ever had before. The level of care and customer service was exceptional.
The results were incredible, far beyond anything I expected. I rebooked immediately… and honestly, even if I hadn’t loved the treatment (which I absolutely did!), I would still come back just to be around Mya. Her kindness, positivity, and energy are truly special, and she is a real credit to the clinic.
