I’ve been coming to Muse Medical clinic in Harrogate and York since opening. Dr Amy Watson carries out her aesthetic treatments professionally in her salons without me looking false and people knowing I’ve had work done. I have Botox, Profilo and Julaine which has helped with the overall condition of my skin and helped with the crapeiness of ageing skin. I have neck, chest and face treated and currently having ongoing Julaine to combat my neck area where collagen has depleted due to menopause and ageing. Dr Amy talks through recommended treatments for each skin type and attends many conferences away from salon to keep up with the ever changing treatments in the profession and upto date equipment. Her York clinic has lazer equipment for different skin care treatments and daughter visits for hair removal. Highly recommend Dr Amy she is very talented and knowledgeable about skin care. It felt like they did not have that deep knowledge of the facial muscles as I wanted to hear. There is a lot of practitioners out there saying they are nurses but with very little evidence to support it.

I wanted someone with verified medical background and that is when I found Dr. Katherine and she ticked all the boxes, professional, knowledgeable, calm, not trying to upsell. A very lengthy and thorough consultation. Marked my face and explained what she was going to do. I had 3 areas covered and I couldn’t be more happy with the results. It is exactly how I wanted, a light eyebrow raise, smoother lines and frown line stretched. All looking very natural yet I can tell and feel the difference.

I went in for Botox for 3 areas and Dr. Katherine took the time to review my needs, what I was looking for and answered any questions I had. Her office was set up in her home which was unexpected, but still nice, professional and comfortable. I did receive an email confirmation the day prior stating that she didn’t take credit cards which I was prepared to pay with, so I had to find an ATM last minute (bank transfers are hard for people that reside out the country). Just a suggestion- I’d maybe put that useful information on the website or when booking, just to help prepare people a bit better. Results look great and minimal pain. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend Dr. Katherine! Plenty of street parking around too. Show less »

Really happy with my experience with Kevin. I had botox (and a small amount of filler) recently and then had a follow up appointment to review the outcome a few weeks later- very thorough. Kevin is clearly an expert- he was very methodical in his approach, but more importantly, conservative. He didn't want to over administer. Really warm and friendly guy... Show more »

I wanted someone who would give me an honest opinion but also go with the less is more natural looking approach, which is absolutely what I got. 2 weeks later I had my appointment I have never had botox or fillers before and Kevin made me feel at ease, he talked me through the procedure and I felt relaxed. I didn’t find the procedure uncomfortable which was a relief. I’m looking forward to seeing Kevin again for my follow up although very professional he is also someone who brings great energy meaning appointments just fly by. I cannot recommend enough. Fantastic guy easy to talk to & have a laugh with. I had fillers down the lines at the side of my nose & botox between my eyebrows. Even though it usually takes a few days to work properly the initial improvement was absolutely incredible with noticeable change. Everything was explained that I needed to know & the procedure itself really wasn't that painful... Show more »
