Great hydrafacials from Holly that have really helped my breakout prone skin. Incredibly subtle treatment from Dr Shah that absolutely exceeded my expectations to keep my natural look but balance my heavy eyelids.

I had Botox administered by Dr Salman over four weeks ago. I ended up in A&E due to my eyelids closing and have suffered since with not being able to drive and work. I have had a report from both my doctor and optometrist saying that my vision is obstructed due to my eyelids covering my pupils by 75% having ptosis. This tends to happen either when too much is administered or if injected too close to the eye. I had only one call from Doctor Salman while I was at A&E who apologised, saying he felt awful, with nothing but grief from the clinic while I suggested them compensating me for my loss of earnings. I had added a review previously, however threatened by email from the overall manager telling me I was threatening their business, so I removed it. Legally I am allowed to add my review without a threat from the company. Unfortunately, there isn’t anything else I can do at present, just wait until the Botox wears off. When we sign the disclaimer there’s nothing we can do legally due to the issue being temporary and this being a common side effect. (I have received a refund for the treatment I had)

Was recommended to see Holly after suffering with various skin problems since my teens, from acne to pigmentation. She knows SO much about skincare but is able to pick out the bits relevant to your skin issues and translate it in a way that you understand. She has recommended a super simple at home routine for me which I’ve followed for the past 8 weeks and I can already see a noticeable difference in my skin. This is all in addition to the facials in clinic which leave my skin glowing and healthy. Highly recommend Holly and wouldn’t trust anyone else with my skin now! Show less »

Holly is a skin miracle worker! I've suffered with oily skin and acne for over 15 years and was fed up of relying on medication. After just a couple of appointments with Holly and a few weeks on a new at home skin care routine my skin has transformed, it's clear and oil free. Holly is so knowledgable about skin and it's proven in the results, my new routine is simpler than all the products I was using before and is actually working along with peels and micro needling in the clinic which are the perfect mix of results focused and a nice treatment. So far (2 visits for laser treatment) each visit has been a breeze. Holly is a true professional and has made me feel at ease and at home each time. Great results so far too!
