Ive had a Botox done at a couple of different places in York, but there was always something not quite right. It felt like they did not have that deep knowledge of the facial muscles as I wanted to hear. There is a lot of practitioners out there saying they are nurses but with very little evidence to support it.

I wanted someone with verified medical background and that is when I found Dr. Katherine and she ticked all the boxes, professional, knowledgeable, calm, not trying to upsell. A very lengthy and thorough consultation. Marked my face and explained what she was going to do. I had 3 areas covered and I couldn’t be more happy with the results. It is exactly how I wanted, a light eyebrow raise, smoother lines and frown line stretched. All looking very natural yet I can tell and feel the difference.

I went in for Botox for 3 areas and Dr. Katherine took the time to review my needs, what I was looking for and answered any questions I had. Her office was set up in her home which was unexpected, but still nice, professional and comfortable. I did receive an email confirmation the day prior stating that she didn’t take credit cards which I was prepared to pay with, so I had to find an ATM last minute (bank transfers are hard for people that reside out the country). Just a suggestion- I’d maybe put that useful information on the website or when booking, just to help prepare people a bit better. Results look great and minimal pain.
