Dreadful advice
I had Invisalign 12 years ago and have enjoyed very straight teeth ever since. However my upper fixed retainer has failed and a couple of my top teeth have moved slightly, but nothing drastic or visible to anyone else but me.
The clinic assess me and determined the only way to resolve this was to break and realign my jaw. They felt that using Invisalign to realign my teeth and gently move them back again was too risky since I’d had it done once before.
To put this into perspective, I attach a picture of my teeth now.
Wholly unrealistic advice on unnecessary major treatment.
Went to orthokind instead who gave me a more realistic assessment of the very minor work I need, and my course of retainers to straighten my top teeth starts next month. Show less »
