I have had lip augmentation, skin boosters and more recently polynucleotides and Botox. I have only had the confidence to try these treatments because of the care, advice and guidance Mary Ann provides. I know she will never suggest any treatment that I wouldn't benefit from. She always talks through any treatment I am considering, or interested in. pointing Mary Ann is very knowledgable and her expertise means that her treatments results are exactly what you are expecting. She is a very kind and genuine girl and I trust her and the advice she gives. Her Salon is a safe space and her clinical preparation is exceptional. On top of that, she provides excellent after care support and guidance and is always easily contactable

Natalie is truly the best. Been having Botox for 5 years and hers is the best I’ve ever had - she asked if I’d like it frozen or more natural, I chose natural and she’s done an amazing job. Natalie is truly the best. Been having Botox for 5 years and hers is the best I’ve ever had - she asked if I’d like it frozen or more natural, I chose natural and she’s done an amazing job. Still got plenty of movement whilst feeling the freeze!

The fact she’s a trained derm nurse really shows (esp compared to your usual ‘aesthetic specialist’). She is so knowledgeable and really cares - she’s also a skincare genius, I wish I’d come to her when I was struggling with acne years ago!

Also should note she’s not pushy at all: I wanted polynucleotides under my eyes but she immediately advised against it given I travel a lot and wouldn’t be able to commit to a short course to get good results. Shows she’s not all about the money.

We had a very informative session on skin boosters and polynucleotides with Gurdeep.

She is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about her work. The session started with a thorough explanation of the skin anatomy which really helped lay the foundation before moving on to treatments.

Gurdeep made the training engaging and easy to follow. No question was too small and she was patient, clear, and more than happy to repeat or expand on anything we needed. She was relatable which made the whole experience enjoyable and confidence-boosting.

We left the session feeling well-informed and much more confident. We will definitely be returning for more training in the future.

2026 just started and I already made one of the best decisions of the year by starting treatments here. I started with a free consultation with Dr Ravinder who is so insightful and patient, and we worked out a plan for 11s and masseter Botox, 1ml under-eye filler, and 3 under-eye polynucleotides sessions.

Dr Ravinder completed the Botox treatments on the spot, and she was super gentle, and the process was painless and meticulous. She recommended Suzanne to me for the under-eye therapies and reception quickly arranged for me to meet with her within 2 days.

Suzanne is another masterful clinician, very experienced, professional and fun. It was my first time getting under-eye filler and I was a little nervous but I was taken care of very well and the process was once again over before I knew it and the results were just perfect. I’ve also had my first under-eye polynucleotides sessions and I am also extremely happy with both the procedure and the aftermath.

Both clinicians I have worked with so far have been nothing short of great and I’m really looking forward to continuing these and other therapies here. The reception staff is also really lovely and accommodating and the clinic itself is spotless and comfortable.

In terms of pricing, it is very reasonable considering the quality of materials, the reputation of this treatment centre, its ideal city centre location and the experience of the clinicians. Several payment plans are available as well.
