I Would like to start of with the clinic, very professional and welcoming, greeted me with complimentary drinks and very friendly, the clinic is very clean and modern looking.
I had initially done a co2 laser treatment for my acne scars in manchester, but my redness was still visible and caused a patch/pigmentation as my scars still didnt fade away on my cheeks this being 4 months after my co2 laser and i had thought it would not go away.
I explained my situation to the practitioner and they fully understand and knew what procedures would help my skin and gave me alot of recommendations, regarding my pigmentation, the results i got within a week was amazing, i couldn't be happier, i will definitely be going again for follow up treatments, they also provided me with Creams and aftercare which i was grateful for. i highly recommend this clinic as i have had a really great experience. I had a really positive experience today at Kat&Co Clinic when I came in for a CO₂ laser patch test. From the very start, the service was excellent — Becky, who helped with my consultation booking, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, especially when it came to explaining pricing clearly and honestly.
My consultation with Dr Sonya was an absolute pleasure. She was professional, reassuring, and refreshingly honest. Rather than simply going ahead with the CO₂ laser, she took the time to assess my situation properly and actually advised me against having the treatment, as it wasn’t the best option for me. It was clear that her priority was my best interest.
It’s rare to find a clinic that operates with this level of integrity and care. I left feeling informed, respected, and confident in the advice I was given. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kat&Co Clinic to anyone looking.

Had a consultation with Aimee. She was very professional and made me feel comfortable to go through my concerns. I was interested in the Co2 laser therapy. She was very thorough and weighed out the procedure with the ideal outcomes and possible risks. She explained this well and was very confident in doing so, which is very reassuring as a customer. I just wanted treatment for a scar on my eye area and she focused on how we would treat this, additionally she went into concise detail that it was a small area and for the same cost she'll also be able to treat the smile lines around my eyes, along with the scar. I thought this was very meticulous, thoughtful and complimentary with what I wanted done. I could see customers being really happy with this so I thought to mention it, but I am very happy that I can just get the scar treated. Exemplary work.

Also, the clinic was very clean and tidy and the girls on the front desk was wonderful too, who I'm sure were the girls who offered the superb helpful communication and customer service via WhatsApp and phone call conversations prior to the appointment (I know that one of the girls who did this was called Charlotte. Thank you Charlotte!). Great first impressions and experience overall. Looking forward to my treatment in the new year.
