Her clinic is beautiful, relaxing & absolutely spotless. Paula herself is very knowledgeable & has your best interests at heart, I’d asked about a certain treatment & she advised against it (despite it being one of her more expensive options!) as she didn’t feel it’d work well for my perceived issue, instead she offered an alternative & her reasons why- a clear sign of someone who cares about you & not just your money!
Follow up advice is always clear, she’s contactable away from the clinic, she’s opened up slots when I’ve struggled to get in & she’s just a lovely person to chat away to!
