Couldn’t be happier with my experience, Katie was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to really assess my skin type and what it was I was trying to achieve then tailored the treatment to exactly what she thought I needed, explaining everything throughout. Very impressed with Katie , she had a very professional and friendly approach, she took the time to look through my records and history (as I had a bit of a gap since my last treatment). She explained the new equipment and what to expect, it was such a smooth and pleasant experience. The new equipment with the updated technology is definitely much more pleasant and less painful for laser hair removal. Very happy with my appointment today.
