Karen is always there at the end of the phone if I have questions before or after, she's happy to top up my botox or review her work. She shows great care of me personally and of her work. She's happy to go through the procedures along with her being fully trained and ready just in case anything goes amiss which it can do with any procedure. I have been coming to Louise for many years, She is without a doubt the best in the business. I used to travel to London to get my Botox. Louse’ is so good at it . I am never disappointed.
