This place is a perfect sanctuary. The girls are so lovely; the vibe is relaxing and I don’t feel tense when having the treatments. I used to have a phobia of needles since being young so with the girls gentle touch I couldn’t risk going elsewhere! Fantastic result every time, 100% value for money.
Kate and Emma are lovely professionals people,very gentle during any treatment and always on hand to advice if not sure what you want.

Kate is so soothing that she makes you feel so relaxed and after my filler and Botox which I must say has made me feel like a younger version of myself I plucked up the courage to have my lips done. I really don’t know why I was so scared because I’d built this up to be something it wasn’t and it just finishes off my glow up. I’m so grateful to Kate and I have at last got some lips as well lol

I was super nervous before getting lip filler for the first time. I was recommended Face Things First by a friend and on top of the results being amazing, and exactly what i was looking for, I felt so at ease as Kate was so lovely and reassuring. Such a lovely atmosphere for the whole appointment. Will 100% be returning :)

After a very much needed lip glow up appointment today, I’m over the moon with my results - as always! Kate always ensures the appointment is comfortable and provides sufficient information and recommendations. I would struggle to trust anybody else with my face after receiving yet another positive experience.

Got my lips done here for the first time and absolutely love the results, super natural and defined, just what I wanted. Kate is so lovely and very professional during the treatment. I loved the fact she follows up a day after to check everything is okay. Will definitely be returning for more treatments in the future!

After having not had my lips done for a couple of years, I was quite nervous but Kate completely put my mind at ease. She is so professional, so lovely and so friendly. I’ve been coming to Kate for a few years now for line reduction, filler and other little beauty tweaks, and I would never go anywhere else! Kate always makes me feel so comfortable and at ease, thoroughly talks me through the treatments and is always so honest about what she thinks I do or don’t need.
