Lovely calm, welcoming atmosphere. The therapists are very knowledgeable and put you at ease. I have micro-needling, derma-planing and Profilo Structure on a regular basis and am extremely happy with all the results. I also use the ZO skin range for my at home maintenance plan that I buy from the clinic. Highly Recommend ❤️

I could not be more pleased with the treatments, care and service from Medispa 10. I was so impressed after the first, that I have continued to go back and have had a number of treatments now, each time the team have been as professional and attentive as the last.

The majority of my treatments have been with Ally, who is an absolute super star and asset to the business, from the start she explained the treatment thoroughly, was professional, friendly and put me at ease, honestly the hour treatment flies by and has to be my favourite hour of the week.

I would highly recommend Medispa 10 if you are considering treatments as you will not be disappointed with the outcome.

I am extremely unhappy with my experience at this clinic. I completed 8 sessions of laser hair removal sessions, expecting to see at least some reduction in hair growth, but unfortunately there was absolutely no improvement at all. I am extremely unhappy with my experience at this clinic. I completed 8 sessions of laser hair removal sessions, expecting to see at least some reduction in hair growth, but unfortunately there was absolutely no improvement at all. After so many sessions, I saw no difference before or after treatment, which is unacceptable considering the cost and time involved.Throughout the sessions, the beautician used very low temperature settings, which I repeatedly questioned. I was reassured each time that it was “normal” and that results would come later, but they never did. Despite raising my concerns multiple times, nothing was changed or adjusted to improve the effectiveness of the treatment. It felt as though the priority was selling more sessions rather than achieving real results. I was encouraged to keep paying for additional treatments even though the previous ones clearly were not working. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Overall, this experience was a complete waste of money and time. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for effective laser hair removal, as the service did not deliver on its promises and lacked genuine care for the customer’s results. Show less »

Had the best hydrafacial with Tammy, she’s a lovely woman, the facial was amazing. Loved the products. Even bought some. Can’t wait to start using them. Hopefully make me 10 years younger 🥰 xx

I have been a client of Medispa for 10 years and can't rate them highly enough. I have never had a bad experience with them. Everyone is welcoming, professional and Ali is both extremely competent and also a delight to chat with every few months. Thank you Medispa!

Had the most fantastic wow facial with Tammy. My skin felt so glowly and refreshed for weeks. Would definitely recommend and will be doing it again.

This place is all about MONEY . I had a wonderful beautician that did her best on a machine that was suppose to help with cellulite and help slim down the legs. This place is all about MONEY . I had a wonderful beautician that did her best on a machine that was suppose to help with cellulite and help slim down the legs. The owner asked for £800 up front before I started treatment. This I paid . Once a week I went for treatment and saw no results as the machine is useless. Not the therapist. I actually felt sorry for her as she tried her best every week. Then I asked who did the injection ( Botox etc) I was told it was a doctor that came in occasionally and this would cost £100 for a consultation. When I was ready after I paid upfront and as I waited to see the doctor the owner came towards me with numbing cream. I said I’m having consultation today I don’t want numbing cream. Long story short she was very disrespectful and I refused the numbing cream as I had not even got through the door to see the doctor . I ended up walking out as She said I would loose my £100 . She will reply to this with some sort of twist to how she kept my £100 . So to the doctor that I should have seen. You need to tell the owner to stop running around with the numbing cream before a consultation. Not everyone is willing or wanting injections of the day of a consultation. You will be loosing good paying customers. All to do with the owner of this so called salon. No way would I expect the money back or even a call to sort things out. Bad for business.
