I have been having treatments at Eden for quite a while now and I will only trust Alice to undertake these. Alice is very professional, down to earth and knows her stuff. I have had Lymphatic Massages, Botox, B12 Injection and Polynucleotides Under and around the eyes treatments. I trust Alice’s opinion and advice. I have been prepared to get treatments done and Alice has told me to save my money as I don’t need the treatment, whereas other places probably would have just wanted my money. On a friend’s recommendation, I booked a consultation at CKS Aesthetics, and Chantal met me with that rare mix of honesty, warmth and straight-up professionalism. A few weeks later, the rebuild was happening. And just to make it more complicated, I was on a countdown to my wedding (I know, who in their right mind would marry a fishfinger. Chanel 4 would love to make a docu about that). Now, three treatments in, polynucleotides, the first bit of facial filler, the whole thoughtful strategy, I can actually look at my reflection without bracing myself. Lindsi understood what results I wanted to achieve, she was super knowledgeable and able to guide me on both procedures. I was a little anxious before the procedure but Lindsi’s professional yet calm and reassuring nature put me at ease straight away.

I visited this salon yesterday for lip filler and a polynucleotide treatment, and I honestly cannot say enough good things about the experience. I have a really bad needle phobia, so I was super nervous going in — but she was absolutely fantastic from start to finish.
She was so calm, gentle, and incredibly reassuring. She explained everything in detail, took her time, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I genuinely felt cared for, not rushed, and completely safe in her hands.
The results? AMAZING. My lips look beautifully natural and refreshed, and the polynucleotide treatment has already given my skin such a healthy glow. I can’t believe I was ever scared — she’s changed how I feel about these treatments completely.
