I absolutely love The Reform Lounge! I have attended Reformer Pilates classes twice weekly since March and absolutely love it! I have felt so welcome at TRL. I joined in Jan having never stepped into a reformer studio before and not being a regular gym goer either. Now I'm hooked! The instructors are all knowledgeable and supportive. They make adaptations to suit injuries and mobility differences along with a great balance of encouragement to get us to push ourselves that little bit further than we think we can.
