I absolutely love The Reform Lounge! I have attended Reformer Pilates classes twice weekly since March and absolutely love it! The instructors are all knowledgeable and supportive. They make adaptations to suit injuries and mobility differences along with a great balance of encouragement to get us to push ourselves that little bit further than we think we can.
