terrible communication. ignores all your messages after sorting a day out, leaves you on seen with all your questions and then blocks you she’s blocked me and my 2 friends now after consulting a day to go arrange an appointment. actually blocks people it’s immature and the worst communication possible. if i could put 0 stars i would / edit / reply, i was never sent no links at all. you didn’t bother and you just blocked me. after arranging absolutely everything. you replies a dozen and more times via whatsapp and never told me or sent me any links. i was also fine not doing same day appointment/ consultation, you still didn’t send a properonline website or guide me to it. so also lies, 0 ⭐️ Show less »

I visited Renew yesterday. I was booked in with the lovely Charlie at Revolve hair. The salon is nestled in beautiful relaxing woodland that feels exclusive, a really nice touch.
The whole experience was fantastic. She’s brilliant with colour, just awesome!
I was met by Charlie and welcomed into her clinic. As the clinic is one to one it really feels relaxing and there’s no distractions or loads of noise. A perfect place to have a chat with Charlie who’s really chilled, or to just take a breathe and catch up on your phone.
I had half a head of foils, blonde bright and creamy with a nice icy toner. A trim and gorgeous curls to finish off.
I am so impressed and pleased that I have found a great go to talented hairdresser.
Seriously check this lady out you will be very impressed!!!
