This was my first visit and my first ever treatment. I was slightly nervous but from the minute I arrived at Charlotte's House I felt at ease with a warm and friendly welcome. Charlotte was very professional and she went over everything about the treatment and the process, she also explained any after care and any concerns I may have had. It was a lovely relaxed environment, clean and tidy, I was also given a lovely gift bag of goodies after my treatment. I would fully recommend a consultation and treatment with Charlotte. Hayley is honestly the best aesthetic practitioner I have been to. She was easy to talk to and made me feel welcome, very informative and the room she works in was immaculate. I literally felt so comfortable and confident I was going to leave happy just by speaking to her before hand about what shape to do, I had complete trust in her.
I have never been to a practitioner where I havnt not felt anything but I can say i honestly couldn't feel a thing with Hayley she was so gentle and was always checking I was ok. I highly reccomend Hayley for aesthetics and I will not be going to anyone else in the future for my filler. Show less »

Dr Raquel was recently recommended to me and is without doubt a cut above the competition. Extremely professional & knowledgeable but friendly, relaxed and caring - her enthusiasm for what she does is so obvious - can totally understand how she is an award winning clinician! Dr Raquel takes the time to have an indepth conversation prior to your treatment, her ideas are very innovative and the results speak for themselves.
