I met Dr Dev Patel in his clinic- Perfect Skin Solutions November 25 in need of help due to severe filler complications caused by another clinic. This man has done so much for me in the last few months, he’s gone above and beyond and continues to do so! From several dissolving sessions under ultrasound to remove the filler, referring me for further assessment, liaising with colleagues to get the ongoing treatment needed, the list is endless and much of it in his own time I’m sure. But most of all, he’s been so supportive of everything I’ve been through and continue to go through. I’ve been left with internal and external damage as a result of the fillers, on my last visit he recommended some of his CellDerma products to support skin repair. All I can say is 10 days in and the results are amazing! The photos speak volumes. It’s given so much confidence back. His knowledge, passion for what he does and the care he shows towards his patients is just a part of why he really is the best in the business. Shahana is the only person I trust with my face. After having a really bad experience with filler, she took me under her wing, dissolved and filled my lips, safely, pain free and comfortably. Today I had the pleasure of visiting A E Aesthetics for both Botox and filler, and from start to finish the whole experience was incredible. This was my very first time having filler, so naturally I was quite nervous about what to expect. Amy took the time to talk me through the entire process in such a clear and reassuring way that I instantly felt at ease. She listened carefully to what I wanted to achieve, explained every step, and gave me complete confidence before we even began treatment. I loved that Amy goes for the ‘ less is more’ approach rather than trying to upsell like some other clinicians! She will truly only advise on what might be needed.

What stood out to me most was Amy’s incredible medical knowledge and attention to detail which didn’t surprise me with her medical background. I’ve been to other practitioners in the past for Botox, but Amy’s expertise and technique were on another level — she is so thorough, professional, and clearly passionate about delivering the best possible results while always keeping patient safety in mind.

The clinic itself is absolutely beautiful: modern, spotless, and so welcoming. The moment I walked in, I could tell I was in the right place. The whole environment feels professional yet calming, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

Now, after my treatments, I’m absolutely delighted with the results. Everything looks natural, refreshed, and exactly what I was hoping for — subtle but noticeable in the best way. I feel more confident and can honestly say I wouldn’t trust anyone else for future treatments.

My lips are permanently disfigured because I went to someone else and now one side is very asymmetric, but Amy somehow fills them to look normal again but they also look so much prettier than I could've imagined.

I like the shop's aesthetic, it's clean, sterile, relaxing, well decorated, and I really like the location. I've never had any issues finding free parking which is always a bonus Show less »

When it comes to your face you want to choose someone you can trust. I cannot recommend Jo highly enough. I have been going to Jo for 4 years and would not go anywhere else. I see Jo for botox, fillers and eyebrows I'm always so pleased with the results! Jo is friendly and incredibly knowledgeable too. The treatment room is beautiful, clean and relaxing.
