This was one of the most comfortable, friendly, enjoyable appointments I’ve ever had. Immediately Sarah made me feel right at home. We conversed like old friends, she listened emphatically to my concerns, offered good advice, and cheered on and celebrated my wins and progress. Advice given felt anything but clinical and sales focussed, she gave me in-depth explanations, and even explained to me that some of the treatments I was thinking about wouldn’t be suitable and offered me alternatives. As someone who has worked in customer service jobs with sales targets, I can clearly identify techniques made to lure customers into spending more, but this appointment was nothing but warm compassion, friendly advice, and an uplifting conversation with one of the loveliest Skincare providers I’ve ever had the pleasure of speaking with.
The reception staff were also spectacular. They managed to squeeze me in a same day appointment, and got me all set up quickly and efficiently. Everything was explained clearly, with lighthearted conversations and a few laughs. Honestly, a whole team of decent, genuinely good people wishing to celebrate your wins and help you get there. I’m not only content on coming back, but EAGER and EXCITED to. Kudos to the team, you’re all superstars. Thank you.
