I met Dr Dev Patel in his clinic- Perfect Skin Solutions November 25 in need of help due to severe filler complications caused by another clinic. This man has done so much for me in the last few months, he’s gone above and beyond and continues to do so! From several dissolving sessions under ultrasound to remove the filler, referring me for further assessment, liaising with colleagues to get the ongoing treatment needed, the list is endless and much of it in his own time I’m sure. But most of all, he’s been so supportive of everything I’ve been through and continue to go through. I’ve been left with internal and external damage as a result of the fillers, on my last visit he recommended some of his CellDerma products to support skin repair. All I can say is 10 days in and the results are amazing! The photos speak volumes. It’s given so much confidence back. His knowledge, passion for what he does and the care he shows towards his patients is just a part of why he really is the best in the business. If I could give 10 stars I would. Complete professionalism from the first appointment. Relaxing atmosphere with the highest standard of infection control. Working within both NHS and private health care myself, I have recommended to all of my friends and family and would not go anywhere else for any skin concern in the future. Thankyou to your team.

I can only speak about my experience with Perfect skin solutions. My procedure was to remove a mole from my face .From start to finish i felt at ease. Really nice place full of friendly, kind people who make you feel comfortable and welcome. I saw DR. SHRIVASTVA who was great. He listened to any concerns I had and explained everything very well. This was one of the most comfortable, friendly, enjoyable appointments I’ve ever had. Immediately Sarah made me feel right at home. We conversed like old friends, she listened emphatically to my concerns, offered good advice, and cheered on and celebrated my wins and progress. Advice given felt anything but clinical and sales focussed, she gave me in-depth explanations, and even explained to me that some of the treatments I was thinking about wouldn’t be suitable and offered me alternatives. As someone who has worked in customer service jobs with sales targets, I can clearly identify techniques made to lure customers into spending more, but this appointment was nothing but warm compassion, friendly advice, and an uplifting conversation with one of the loveliest Skincare providers I’ve ever had the pleasure of speaking with.

The reception staff were also spectacular. They managed to squeeze me in a same day appointment, and got me all set up quickly and efficiently. Everything was explained clearly, with lighthearted conversations and a few laughs. Honestly, a whole team of decent, genuinely good people wishing to celebrate your wins and help you get there. Yes, the £50 consultation fee was explained to me over the phone, but that was AFTER I had read that it was free on your website. If you offered a free consultation ‘many years ago’, then surely your website should have been update ‘many years ago’. I’m sure that the service you offer is first class, based on all of your awards but I prefer not to be misled. Show less »

My partner was called to arrange an appointment and they want it £50 consultation fee? I have been to so many clinics and they never ask for a consultation fee, and if there is something to pay, is always a deposit which is always giving back to the costumer after treatment. This was my first visit with Marie Claire for a consultation. She took photos of the capillaries on my upper back and told me she would consult with Dr Patel and then would call me to let me know if the problem was suitable for treatment. Marie Claire was most professional and charming. I have now booked for my first treatment. Thank you

Dr Dev Patel is honestly one of the most compassionate and supportive doctors I have ever met and I have worked within the NHS and Private health sector for 23 years. I’ve spent several years researching and following Dr. Patel, so I knew I was in safe hands. I’m a 58-year-old woman and have previously had various treatments in my local area in Essex every three months, which for me didn’t last. These were costing me hundreds of pounds with very little benefit in my opinion, so I decided to contact Perfect Skin Solutions for a consultation about EndoDefine. My goal was a treatment that would look as natural as possible.

From the receptionist to the therapist to Dr. Patel himself, every member of staff was incredibly helpful. After discussing the treatment with them—and of course with my husband—I decided to proceed.

Although Perfect Skin Solutions is a three-and-a-half-hour drive away for me, it was absolutely worth the journey. My appointment was on time, and the treatment itself was so comfortable that at one point I found myself nodding off—no doubt thanks to the relaxing environment.

The aftercare has been fantastic, with follow-up phone calls and zoom calls, and the reassurance of knowing I can contact the clinic or Dr. Patel directly any time if needed (though I haven’t had the need to).

I cannot recommend Dr. Patel and his team enough. My EndoDefine results have been amazing. If you’re looking for a long-lasting, completely natural-looking procedure, this is the place to go. Show less »

I had full confidence in the procedure I was going to receive after my consultation with the Dr. The whole team were friendly. The environment was aesthetically pure and pleasing. The procedure went really well and I have fabulous results. I am looking forward to getting other treatments.
