I’ve spent several years researching and following Dr. Patel, so I knew I was in safe hands. I’m a 58-year-old woman and have previously had various treatments in my local area in Essex every three months, which for me didn’t last. These were costing me hundreds of pounds with very little benefit in my opinion, so I decided to contact Perfect Skin Solutions for a consultation about EndoDefine. My goal was a treatment that would look as natural as possible.

From the receptionist to the therapist to Dr. Patel himself, every member of staff was incredibly helpful. After discussing the treatment with them—and of course with my husband—I decided to proceed.

Although Perfect Skin Solutions is a three-and-a-half-hour drive away for me, it was absolutely worth the journey. My appointment was on time, and the treatment itself was so comfortable that at one point I found myself nodding off—no doubt thanks to the relaxing environment.

The aftercare has been fantastic, with follow-up phone calls and zoom calls, and the reassurance of knowing I can contact the clinic or Dr. Patel directly any time if needed (though I haven’t had the need to).

I cannot recommend Dr. Patel and his team enough. My EndoDefine results have been amazing. If you’re looking for a long-lasting, completely natural-looking procedure, this is the place to go. Show less »

I met Dr Dev Patel in his clinic- Perfect Skin Solutions November 25 in need of help due to severe filler complications caused by another clinic. This man has done so much for me in the last few months, he’s gone above and beyond and continues to do so! From several dissolving sessions under ultrasound to remove the filler, referring me for further assessment, liaising with colleagues to get the ongoing treatment needed, the list is endless and much of it in his own time I’m sure. But most of all, he’s been so supportive of everything I’ve been through and continue to go through. I’ve been left with internal and external damage as a result of the fillers, on my last visit he recommended some of his CellDerma products to support skin repair. All I can say is 10 days in and the results are amazing! The photos speak volumes. It’s given so much confidence back. His knowledge, passion for what he does and the care he shows towards his patients is just a part of why he really is the best in the business.
