I recently visited Skin South West for tear trough filler and masseter Botox, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I had the treatment done elsewhere in the past and unfortunately ended up with severe bruising after a blood vessel was hit. This time, Dr Pradnya was incredibly gentle and precise and delivered exactly what I asked for.

The numbing cream they use was far more effective than what I’ve had before, and Dr Pradnya was so comforting and supportive throughout, constantly checking that I was okay. The clinic itself is spotless, professional, and welcoming, with excellent service from start to finish. I felt completely at ease and well cared for, and the results are fantastic, I finally feel confident enough to walk out the house with no make up on Highly recommend! Show less »

Dr Pradnya is my little breath of fresh air!! I have been having botox for migraines on the NHS for years, and with the sudden down turn, my appointments went from every 12 week to 9 months, I found South west skin online, explained my situation, and was almost in tears and they got me in the same day for my injections - this was a few years ago, and the level of care and support I have had from them since is incredible.
I still go in for my migraine injections when I am over on NHS appointments, and have now started to have Polynucleotides, which whilst it is not the the most comfortable treatment Dr Pradnya take time and care to do this as pain free as she can, and the results are phenomenal.
Everyone remembers who you are and what you have been up to, you are not just a face their, it really does feel like you are popping into see a friend (albeit it one who is going to jab needles into you but still!)
Also from having tweakments from other aesthetics people in the past, where I have been told to have things that I didn't need, I have never been over sold anything at Skin south west, even when I went in yesterday for my Polynucleotides top up, I enquired about a couple other things and was told that she wouldn't do them as I don't need them. I went to Æterna for a few procedures to my forehead as I had many frown lines in the area. It was my first time using botox and Ana was very careful, respectful and professional. Ana has exceptional knowledge in her field of aesthetics and certainly showed that when carrying out the procedures. It is amazing how detailed and mathematical the procedures are, Ana took it in her stride!

As someone who’s had Botox and fillers over the last 10 years, Ana is the by far the best practitioner that I have ever received treatment from. I was quite anxious before my appointment because I was scared of the pain however, Ana was so gentle that it didn’t hurt near as much as it has done in the past with other practitioners. Obviously, it’s going to cause a little bit of a pinch, but it was so much more pain-free than previous experiences. She’s very professional and polite, makes you feel at ease with the whole process. She also gave me some really good advice. I have fillers in my lips from previous practitioners,but they are botched. I asked if she would fill them before my holiday but she recommended not to do that, and as much as I didn’t want to hear that I know that she’s looking out for my best interests. So I’m organising for her to dissolve this filler so she can start again to achieve the desired look without putting me at risk of the filler dispersing into the pockets where the old filler has collected into. Now onto the results of my treatment I received- they are seriously the best! And I’m due to have my review today where she will apply more Botox where needed, and again this is because she didn’t want to put too much in the first time to avoid heaviness over the eyes. Anna made me feel very comfortable from the very beginning, she is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She has a beautiful aesthetics cabin overlooking an amazing view whilst you’re having treatment.
I had a combination of fillers and Botox and the results have been more than I expected, I didn’t bruise at all and only felt slightly tender for 24 hours which was certainly a relief after having previous treatments elsewhere when I’d still be feeling it a week later.
I’m very happy that I’ve found Anna to continue my treatments moving forwards. Show less »
