I’ve had quite the lip filler journey with Dr P at Skin southwest. Two years ago I nervously attended my consultation with the hope they’d be able to help me with my lips. Naturally, I don’t really have any lips and I’m not exaggerating, they were like lines on my mouth. So I knew I’d be a difficult case. Dr P suggested we try the Age Jet treatment first, I had three of these treatments and they helped my lips grow a little without needing any injections. Now that I had more lips we were able to try lip filler. I’ve been having lip filler now for about 18 months, each time the results last for about 6 months. I don’t look pouty, I look natural. After listening carefully to my aims, she talked everything through clearly and put together a plan tailored to my needs. I really appreciated her understanding that I was aiming for a fresh, natural look rather than anything overdone.

I searched high and low for a clinic with exceptional experience, technique, qualifications and supporting the natural look and face balance.
The team treat full skin aswell as superb corrective work and make a plan to help you look the best but natural version of yourself creating a youthful clean skin and saw immediately my issue with the filler. Talked me through everything and we were in the very best hands. I travelled a distance to come here and will stay with skin southwest now. Dr Pradnya has 20 years experience and being a dentist knows the beauty side and the face structural side. She really is exceptional and incredibly skilled. Show less »

From skin facials to fillers, she inspires confidence that you will look amazing after she has worked her magic. Whilst there can be slight discomfort on more complex treatments, (requiring no more than deep breaths and 'squishy balls'), it is a relaxing experience with a very friendly and knowledgable group of people. I had the treatment done elsewhere in the past and unfortunately ended up with severe bruising after a blood vessel was hit. The numbing cream they use was far more effective than what I’ve had before, and Dr Pradnya was so comforting and supportive throughout, constantly checking that I was okay. I would DEFINITELY recommend Skin Southwest! The clinic is bright and airy and you immediately feel at ease. The Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Dr Pradnya is my little breath of fresh air!! I have been having botox for migraines on the NHS for years, and with the sudden down turn, my appointments went from every 12 week to 9 months, I found South west skin online, explained my situation, and was almost in tears and they got me in the same day for my injections - this was a few years ago, and the level of care and support I have had from them since is incredible.
I still go in for my migraine injections when I am over on NHS appointments, and have now started to have Polynucleotides, which whilst it is not the the most comfortable treatment Dr Pradnya take time and care to do this as pain free as she can, and the results are phenomenal.
Everyone remembers who you are and what you have been up to, you are not just a face their, it really does feel like you are popping into see a friend (albeit it one who is going to jab needles into you but still!)
Also from having tweakments from other aesthetics people in the past, where I have been told to have things that I didn't need, I have never been over sold anything at Skin south west, even when I went in yesterday for my Polynucleotides top up, I enquired about a couple other things and was told that she wouldn't do them as I don't need them.
