Booked on Wednesday to have facial balancing on the Saturday and paid the requested deposit on the Wednesday evening.

Received a text message at 6:30am on the Saturday morning asking if I was still attending as no deposit had been paid, to which I sent back my digital banking receipt from the Wednesday acknowledging a transfer of the funds earlier in the week (which was requested as a personal bank transfer due to the company card machine not working).

Arrived to the clinic at 11:40am which was completely closed up and locked with no sign of anyone in. Phoned Tina and received no answer until a message at midday saying that the clinic had had to close due to an electrical fault with nobody allowed in the building and that she had left a message to me (did not receive any message aside from the one about the deposit being the issue at 6:30am) So my appointment would have to be cancelled and moved.

Asked if there was any capacity for it to be moved to the following day where I was then told she would have to ask the landlord but would contact me. Had to ask for an update after not hearing anything for 3hrs where I was told people still weren't allowed in and that my deposit could be sent back to me.

Was told at 4pm my deposit was about to be sent back. Had to chase this again 4 hours later after not hearing back only to have to say that if I did not get my money back I would call my bank, and eventually by 8pm I received my money back with a text not to book with her again and that deposits weren't usually sent back.

I most certainly will not be booking again, poor communication, one excuse after another as to why my paid for and booked appointment could not go ahead, and then little priority to return my money to me for a service that was not provided.

Edit/reply: After it got to almost 8pm in the evening and I still had not been reimbursed I sent a message saying that If I had not been sent my deposit back by 9pm for the treatment I did not receive I would have to call my bank and request a chargeback which would then result in the payee account being reported as untrustworthy through my bank. In no way was any message confrontational or threatening but instead a response resulting from poor communication from the seller. Show less »

Today I done a brow lamination course with Tina and she is the most amazing person! She didn’t once make me feel little or stupid with things I didn’t know about she simply helped me and made me feel confident. Today I done a brow lamination course with Tina and she is the most amazing person!
She didn’t once make me feel little or stupid with things I didn’t know about she simply helped me and made me feel confident.
We had 2 clients come in and from how calm and welcoming she was to me, it didn’t feel like there was any pressure on me when the clients came in.
Tina helped me step by step and was talking me through it and it was a breeze! If anyone is looking to be qualified, Tina’s your girl 😘 Show less »

I’ve been to Tina so much over the past year for my extensions, Botox, filler, skin boosters, literally everything, I have never felt so listened too in what I wish to achieve so welcomed and loved as a client. The lady was lovely and pleasant to speak to to. I had laser removal on my eyebrows and I was worried it would hurt the lady reassured me and explained everything to me about the treatment I was having. Kept reassuring me the whole way through. She is so friendly and professional, lots of messages prior to the appointment and an in depth knowledge once at my appointment of all of her treatments. I love the placements of my anti-wrinkle and she really listened to me and understood me when I said I wanted a bit more movement around my eyes. The anti... Show more »

First time meeting Tina this week for Anti-Wrinkle. She is so friendly and professional, lots of messages prior to the appointment and an in depth knowledge once at my appointment of all of her treatments. I love the placements of my anti-wrinkle and she really listened to me and understood me when I said I wanted a bit more movement around my eyes. The anti-wrinkle worked in around 24hours and I’m so impressed!

The clinic is beautiful, Tina has made it such a sanctuary and is a lovely friendly clinician 🩷💖🩷 Show less »
