I have no end of trouble getting hold of Hilly since having my lips done! She came across as professional, phoned me to answer any questions. Told me she was 'Save Face Accredited' meaning any trouble post treatment, legally she is required to intervene! However this proves not to be the case since it has been 10 days since my filler and I had expressed concern in the shape and colour of my lips. I would like a refund and I would like for anyone thinking of using hilly in the future to dive deeper into her qualifications she claims to have before using her.
So disappointed!

My little sister had just turned 18 and went to Hilly for lip filler. All was well until my sister started to panic as the swelling worsened after the procedure. She sent several messages to hilly on her WhatsApp, instagram and Facebook page to ask for advice as she was scared that something was wrong. Hilly ignored all of the messages!
A few days later, her filler has completely dissolved as if she didn’t have it done. My sister messaged hilly for a refund but again no response! Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND! This is unsafe practice! Red flag advice and post-procedure communication is vital! Show less »

Hilly was very accommodating of my first time lip filler! She was so friendly and welcomed me into her home. She put me at ease throughout the appointment. She was also very informative and reassuring over text before the appointment. She delivered just what I asked for- the lips are subtle but a real boost to my confidence. Thank you again Hilly ☺️

Such a great experience from start to finish! It’s like seeing a friend, which makes it fun and enjoyable and the results are superb - really natural and no pain or discomfort throughout. I can’t recommend her highly enough and I am so glad to have found her ❤️

I had my botox and chin fillers and H had help me through the process. She went above and beyond. Very friendly service and professional. H made me and my friend feel at home at her place.
