I am a fairly new client and have had filler and I've recently started my botox journey at the Primrose clinic. I am a super wuss with needles but from the outset Hannah has been fantastic, patient and super gentle. She totally puts my mind at ease. A beautiful clinic, with an even more beautiful practitioner - so happy I have found this place!

I have been seeing her for few years now to get my lip fillers done and she always makes me feel comfortable, explains every single step she is about to do and gives plenty of reassurance.

Hannah is great. I went for a consultation in June last year as I was looking for someone who was medically trained. This was the first time I’ve ever had any aesthetics treatments so was nervous and not sure what to expect. She really put me at ease & gave me her professional opinion without trying to force me into anything. She even told me where I didn’t need things doing, which wouldn’t happen with a lot of people. I went ahead and am glad I trusted her advice. I’ve now been back quite a few times for treatments (lip filler, Botox, polynucleotides & skin booster) which have all been amazing. Hannah talks you through everything step by step and would 100% recommend her. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Hannah is professional and friendly. It was my first time having lip filler and she made me feel at ease and was clear in all the aftercare I needed to know. I told her I like something more subtle and she did just that they look very natural and I’m sure I’ll be back in the future.

Dr Santos is an extremely talented & professional practitioner, I have had Mint lift skin threading, fillers & Botox treatments & both times I have been delighted with the results. Dr Santos is always caring, extremely commutative & professional in her professional style. The first cosmetic treatments I had were a year ago & I have in the last week had the same again. She has performed yet again, truelly amazing results. I would recommend to anyone thinking of having work done, to just go for it. I promise you will not be disappointed.

From the moment I started communicating with him to discuss my requirements he was professional and friendly and explored the options available to me. I wanted fo have my lips filled, however the last couple of times I had it done I had had to have it dissolved due to poor results ( not with Mr Beautox ) and I was slightly nervous about attempting the process again. It had been over a year as I had decided to let my lips settle.
Rick very kindly and patiently put my fears to rest and suggested Lumi Pro Lip booster, he felt it would be the best approach given my last couple of experiences.
I arrived at the appointment, I was greeted with a spotlessly clean and professional yet relaxed environment and Rick was friendly and welcoming.
We spent a few minutes discussing the procedure, the product and the results that could be achieved and I felt reassured and happy to go ahead.
Rick took pictures to show me the before and after and I was very happy with the results. Throughout the procedure Rick was very detail oriented, talked to me.to let me know when he was about to inject, and checked how i was and how my lips were looking and feeling as he went so not to cause an over plumped look.
I can't recommend him enough. I felt I could explain what had happened before and was reassured, rather than going ahead and having more filler Rixk suggested the Lumi Pro Lip booster so we could see how my lips responded and then maybe return to filler at a later date. I was impressed by this and it has certainly been the right move. My lips are looking great, full, healthy and I feel amazing. My confidence has been restored!
