Being a nervous newbie I feel I could not have chosen better in choosing Rachel as her list of qualifications & kind nature put me at ease from the minute I met her!
She clearly explained what treatments were available along with the pro’s and cons for each. I particularly liked that as she is a prescriber she can look after you with any issues following treatments and this is very reassuring.
She is clearly very knowledgeable and is happy to answer even the daftest of questions!
During treatment, Rachel explained each step and exactly what to expect. She was not wrong with her prediction of how I would feel after treatment either. Trust the process!!!!
I have just had my follow up appointment with Rachel and again was well looked after, with her making the minimal of adjustments to make it look the best it possibly can.
Overall I am delighted & cannot recommend Rachel highly enough!! Show less »

I have always been very apprehensive about where I go for my aesthetic treatments after my lips were overfilled and I suffered with bad migration from a previous practitioner. However, the moment I stepped into Rachel’s clinic she made me feel at ease. Not only was she warm and welcoming but during my consultation she took the time to go through my medical history at great length, alongside administering a patch test for my dissolving. I was concerned about the level of pain to which she explained the pros of a dental block and added this to my treatment completely free of charge.
Since this consultation I have had my lips dissolved and attended routine Botox appointments, always leaving happy and confident in the service I’ve received! Show less »
