I’ve had filler previously but only with one other person, so it took a lot for me to trust someone new. I’m very careful with who comes at my face with needles and wanted someone that made me feel safe. Beth did all of this and more. Her knowledge and expertise is evident as soon as you start talking to her and I appreciated the ability to have a consultation before booking. She put me at ease immediately and kept me calm and informed throughout the treatment- I’m not a big fan of needles but her approach meant I stayed as relaxed as possible. I’m absolutely delighted with the results and will be returning for further treatments. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Beth - thank you so much for helping me feel like me again x

I had treatment with dermal fillers for marionette lines and jowls. Dr Tailor gave a thorough consultation before she designed a treatment specifically tailored to my concerns. The results are amazing! They look completely natural and make me look much fresher and younger. I could not be happier with the results and highly recommended Dr Tailor/H&A.

Louise is amazing, I have been having Botox and fillers with her for years and highly recommended her. I have tried a few other injector practitioners for one reason or another but I always ended up going back to Louise because she’s the best. I have recommended Louise for all my friends and family, included my own 22 years old daughter.

The treatment could have been really painful, but she managed the discomfort incredibly well by applying numbing cream not just once, but multiple times before starting. She’s so gentle, careful, and always explains everything step by step, even giving you a realistic idea of what each part might feel like.
Victoria has a real eye for detail and sees the bigger picture — she doesn’t just inject and hope for the best. Like an artist that sees in her mind the final picture.She knows exactly how things will settle and what will suit your face. She’s constantly updating her knowledge and techniques, which gives me so much confidence in her work.

I always look forward to seeing Hayley and I know I'm in the best hands whenever I have a treatment at Lumiere Surrey.
