If I could give 0 stars, I would. Very unprofessional, and the staff don’t seem to know their own company policies.

I purchased a pre-packaged laser hair removal session online but changed my mind about an hour later. According to the policy stated on the company website, I was eligible for a refund. I emailed the address provided on the site within that hour and waited the stated 24–48 hours, but received no response even after 3 days.

I then called the Guildford clinic to request the refund and was told their policy is 14 hours after purchase, and because I didn’t call within that time, I wasn’t entitled to a refund. This makes no sense and directly contradicts what is written on their website as you can see from the screenshot i took from their website.

Overall, very disappointing experience. I’d recommend staying away — there are better clinics out there, like Therapie Clinic. Show less »

I’ve been coming to this clinic for years (i was told i only need 10 sessions, i'm now on 30! Don't get trapped) so I’ve seen a lot of different therapists over time. Honestly, none of them have been as good as Gemma. She truly stands out. Gemma is kind, caring, and genuinely helpful, and she actually seems happy to be there — which makes such a difference... I would like to share my recent experience with the clinic, as it may be useful for future patients.

I first visited the clinic in person to ask a few questions and was informed at reception that consultations must be booked online. I booked an appointment through the clinic’s website and received several confirmations by email and SMS. Shortly before the appointment, I also received an additional SMS asking me to confirm my attendance, which I did.

When I arrived for the scheduled consultation, there was no one at the reception desk. After waiting for about 15 minutes, a staff member came out and explained that attempts had been made to contact me by phone and via voicemail. I was not aware that the appointment could be changed or cancelled through voicemail, as all official confirmations had been sent through email and SMS.

As a result, I was unable to be seen at the time of my confirmed appointment. I had spent time visiting the clinic initially, completing the online form, responding to the confirmation requests, and attending the consultation, so I believe it may be helpful for the clinic to review its communication and appointment-management process. I’ve done 2 sessions of laser hair removal here and I’m already seeing great results. I have a low pain tolerance, and Gemma is so lovely and makes the whole experience comfortable!

The treatment is very quick, painless, and genuinely effective even at this early stage.

It is always such a treat for me to see the team here. They are so kind and welcoming. The laser hair removal on my face has been very effective. I always have a great time here, Gemma is my favourite to zap my face. ☺️

All the staff are super friendly, explain what to expect and aftercare great, The treatment rooms are very clean and tidy.
Customer service is fab.
I chose Laser Clinics Uk as they use Candela Lasers which are the best on the market - especially for fair hair. After 2 treatments I have significantly less hair already!!
Highly recommended

High quality service and treatment from my laser therapists where they’ve tailored sessions exactly to my individual needs leaving me with amazing results.

I’d highly recommend the Guildford laser clinic branch - it was my first time having laser but the warm and caring team put me at ease and made it such a comfortable and welcoming experience.

I have never felt more uncomfortable in a laser clinic before. It was my first time visiting Laser Clinics, though not my first time having laser treatments. I had to wait two weeks just for a consultation, and then another two weeks to book my laser appointment. When I finally went in after waiting, they told me they couldn’t proceed because I was on a maintenance dose of acne medication. After providing the required report from my dermatologist, I still had to wait another two weeks for a new appointment.
When I eventually went back, not only did they fail to pass all the areas I had already paid for, but the staff member also made me feel extremely uncomfortable. She commented on the light hair growth on my skin due to my PCOS, saying things like “the room will smell so bad.” Afterward, I overheard her gossiping about me to another colleague and spraying perfume around the room.

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had in my life. I booked Botox and took the deposit right away. The day of the appointment, the nurse called me and cancelled the appointment. I cancelled my meeting and organized many things to secure this booking. I haven't received the refund yet, even after two weeks.
I called several times and came to the clinic to see when I will receive the refund.
Time-consuming and costly as to pay for parking in Guildford. No one has the answer and keeps saying the manager is not around and will call you. Show less »
